ppsspp direct x 11 wont work

Hello ive been trying to get ppsspp to work on my laptop with the direct x 11 render but it wont work it used to but i had to reinstall windows 7 now only opengl works and direct x 9 works my computer says i have direct x 11 installed but ppsspp crashes when loading it also i tried another app that requires direct x 11 and it works so i dont know whats wrong my pc specs are intel hd 4000 core i5 3230m @ 2.6 ghz 4gb ram 500 gb hard drive windows 7 home 64 bit the error im getting is Defragment must not run on the render thread. Try to continue? Please help me.
