Cant find Cheat Menu - need help

If you enable the cheats in global settings, it'll not be enabled for games that already have its own custom settings, the same for the control mapping. You can only modify the settings for a specific game in the pause menu of the game or by holding the game icon in the main screen, then selecting game settings.
