Well, there's no such thing as a textures.ini for your game. It should be all ready in the download for use. Just throw it on the right folder, and if it doesn't exist, create it.

Already Solved, i use the new ver 1.7.1 ~
there's no Textures folder since the first time i played, then i googling i got the solution must Save State First
 then the /TEXTURES/ folder will appear xD and i can replace it
