These are a few important questions to help with troubleshooting:

What version of PPSSPP are you trying to play the game on?
What platform are you trying it on? (Mobile, PC, etc)
What OS are you trying it on? (Windows/Mac/Linux/Android/iOS)
What rendering backend are you trying to to use? (D3D9, D3D11, OpenGL, Vulkan)
