I recommended Dell, Asus, Lenovo or since these brand have good quality in gaming. Based on the link u gave, Lenovo is the best, but most importantly is the graphic card, as long as it is Nvidia or ATI Radeon (and have GPL 2.0 and above) since they are optimize for gaming.

Edit: btw all of this use Windows 8.1 lol. If you dont like it, u can buy Windows 7 ultimate for less than $200 i think.
