What GPU do you have? What are other specs? What OS?

From searching info about your CPU it is obvious its a laptop. So. Are you sure you are not running on minimum performance/powersaving mode?
Also. Are you sure all drivers and other supplemental software is installed? Like actual DirectX 9 and such.
