Dissidia 012 gets stuck on white screen after loading save

Hello! I am new to these threads but I'll cut to the chase. I downloaded dissidia 012 and I tried booting up the game and at first the game played it's intro cutscene and crashed soon after I pressed start. I followed some tutorials online to fix this issue such as doing a data install to see if it kills the white screen after it loads up and getting a save from the internet to see if that helps me boot up the menu but nope nothing. And also I don't believe it's my phone I have a 2017 model Android so I'm certain it can run the game decently at 30 fps so pls help if you can.
