Wrong Colors & 3D Bugs

hi, i have a windows xp desktop, its very old, i already have DirectX 9 installed, my games are with wrong colors and some 3d bugs, i know its becouse my old hardware, its a Intel Celeron, 1GB Ram and Via/SG3 Unichrome Pro video card, theres a way to fix this? when i select OpenGL my games run slow, but with Direct3D 9 runs good with bugs, i cant select DirectX 9, only shows OpenGL and Direct3D 9, here a exemple www. imgur .com/a/07aDiuA (remove the space) that occurs on all games, if theres a way to fix, please tell me, sorry for my bad english, i'm brazzilian, thanks!
