The .ini files with cheat are named with game's ID, for example: "ULUS00000.ini", and are in the Cheat folder aswell. If the file already contains the cheat code, it'll automaticly appears in the emulator, otherwise it will see nothing. If you want to edit it, just edit the .ini file with any text editor (like Notepad).
