I think this happens because either:
Vsync is disabled The textures are too low. The second case can't be solved, but I believe the real problem is with Vsync disabled, but I don't know if it could work, since it fixes vertical tearing, not horizontal. I've had this issue on PPSSPP too where things get horizontally cut. |
