LocoRoco Halloween Demo

as a child i had a psp flat (even with cfw and stuff), but after a while i damaged the battery with the exploit (reprogrammed my battery for installing cfw's) and didn't use my psp anymore.. now in this times i don't have a psp anymore. and i don't want to buy one just to play the locoroco halloween demo i thought ppsspp could open every demo etc.. because it's emulating the psp system. so why ppsspp is not be able to decrypt / decompress even demos? is there not way of doing this without the need of a psp?
