these are battle codes so activate them in battle
they apply to the units currently active in battle
e.g. you activate 200TP + Tel 12 Units" but only have 6 units out and the enemy has 8
the all 6 of your units get the buffs and 6 of the enemies get the buffs
since you can only deploy max 12 units i made 12 codes
