Preparing for 1.6 - help find regressions

I intend to get 1.6 out there soon, with all the nice speed improvements - but need to know that we're not breaking too many things

So I'm looking for anything that worked in 1.5 but doesn't in recent buildbot builds - that's what we call a regression.
