Easy =D

99% it's because of trying to achieve enhansed graphics
[when you change a thing and wanna see an effect immediately]

On Windows there is a way - to make ppsspp scaled to fullscreen with mouse or with "win"+"up"
and after that
experimenting with setting through standard Menu Bar
[not settings with "Esc"]

There is also difficult way - to record with WebCam, extradevices, recording software,
try every setting and see final video result.
