Final Fantasy IV: Complete Collection

I cant even begin to make heads or tails of this coding stuff. i have enough trouble figuring out hex coding for the ps1.

the thought crosses my mind to just use the all item codes. on 1 character. but i dont want to break the game. i just want to get my grubby little mits on those hard to get items like the tails and the doll parts, some extra adamantite. and a few other goodies

if i put up the digits of the items i was after would somebody on here be able to convery them into the right format for use with the psp custom firmware cwcheat software?
