I made some myself by cobbling together the address for the working SRS code and the not-working codes found in raing3's cheats.db here:

It seems that on the latest build, some of the codes don't work by themselves. For example, I cannot get the Hyperdrive to appear only by entering the Hyperdrive Code, but I can get it to appear if I use it with the SRS code.

Similar interactions happen with codes in the OP too. Subdue specialist code cannot work unless you enter it with the Max item level code. The item world item shops don't appear unless entered with the "Item Shop Restored" code. Does anyone else have this problem?

Also, I think one could transform a common item to a legendary one using the Rarity 0 Code in conjunction with the Item world 100 code. To make a rarity 0 item with 100 floors.

I could not get the Land of Carnage code to work, but by manipulating the last Hex values in the Hyperdrive Code, from 3E9 to 3F9, I was able to get all the treasure maps. In addition to other items like Usagi's Journal, Kitty Ears, etc, etc.

Lastly, the Divinity Shop code gives a shop that always gives "Great Luck!!" Which is awesome. And if I'm not mistaken, either this code or the Item Shop Restored code makes mystery gates appear every three floors more or less, so one could easily run into 10 shops by level 40 and get to level 200.
