This game runs at incorrect framerate(due to PPSSPP being too fast;p), so here's a workaround:

With this it should run at correct speed and be more friendly to potatoes(mobile devices).

2024 Edit: I added the workaround to latest PPSSPP, so please don't use the cheat anymore unless you really need to use old PPSSPP version.
