This game already has it's thread in here and we have a 1 thread per game rule here, please don't open new ones just because you feel unhappy about something.:]
Also this game does work perfectly fine with "hardware rendering" nowadays. You're probably confusing hardware rendering with 3D graphics that scales with rendering resolution, this will never show up in this game as long as it's properly emulated since that's just how this game works. Basically it renders some 3D models on 2D backgrounds and then to explain it simply the game "screenshots" all of that in PSP native res displaying that screenshot as an output.
