[SOLVED] Cant save in game

I had the same error you had and I just tried deleting the folder as you mentioned above. I think I may have initially done the very thing you warned about in the extra info part above and that's why I ended up where I am. Just now, I loaded my game (which currently has a savestate as the final boss is dying) and after the credits it still tells me that there is no memory card. The game won't let me return to Clad 6 to begin the post-game stuff without saving and all I can do now is return to the title screen without saving that I finished the game. It looks like my in-game save is being stored over in My Documents for some reason. Not sure if that is making a difference.

My save from much much earlier in the game seems to work. *sigh* I may just have to be more careful next time I play through about where I save. At least I was able to beat the game this time.
