i will give two step,step1.you have to use url and the recomended pic-100x100-below and 20kb below.or upload your own pic with the modified like above to photobucket or imageshack and etc.(after upload the modified image,copy the link in the url and paste to avatar url in your cp)2. just get the link of the original image with the 100x100 on google or etc.(i think it will automatically resize the size below 20kb,just make sure the image is 100x100 and below)
