Phantasy star portable 2 savedata

Hello! I'm new to this site so please forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong place.

I loaded a save state from before an in-game save and now my emulator says the memory card has been removed. I just finished Phantasy Star Portable 2 but I can't play any of the epilogue missions since it won't let me save. I looked for the in-game file in the PSP Savedata folder but there is nothing there. What can I do to make the emulator think there is a memory card again? Where is my save data?
I'm on a PC, by the way. Hope someone can help!
