That problem was fixed months ago, so if you care, just use latest version.
Regressions are pretty common in PPSSPP including release versions, the fact that we have 1.4.2 as last release version already points that we had two hotfix versions released shortly after planned 1.4
. Unfortunately there's never enough people to test and fix stuff.:]
