I was playing tactics ogre on PPSSPP for about 20 hours and from out of nowhere it started to do this pixelating (imgur.com/a/mnv8y) of the lighting effects visible on burning lamps and spells and I don't know what is causing that. I tried to change everything in the PPSSPP v.1.4.2 settings but nothing helped.
