Usa esse vídeo https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=LX56mPVApOY pra aprender a criar o bloco de notas de cheat do Digimon, ao clicar em editar cheats adcione essa linha no bloco e salve:

C0 60 fps
_L 0xE0011880 0x000A907C
_L 0x200A907C 0x34040001
_C0 60 fps [Disable]
_L 0x200A907C 0x8C841880

Ao entrar no menu de cheat novamente terá a opção de 60fps pra melhor frames marque-a.
