Controller issues

I am using a bluetooth Red samurai 2 game stop generic controller that works fine.... (well when I use the toshiba bluetooth stack with my actual driver ppsspp does not even realize it exists, on PC only android it works great and is the original purpose)

Anyways OP your issue is probably that you have a per game setting saved for that game and the controller bindings on the per game settings are wrong.

To fix look to see if the game has a Gear looking icon on it.... if it does right click it and then select game settings and fix the controller settings in there. Or just delete your per game settings, but that is probably more hassle then just fixing it the other way.
