i think he mean shoulder buttons and he made mistake typing "2-L and R" instead of "1-L and R" but i can be wrong

2 check which button combination do trow move i dont know what buttons do it but i know grab is done by LP + RP which in ppsspp should be A+S which for psp is square + triangle []+/\
now you need to go control mapping in ppsspp and add your gamepads L2 or R2 button to both [] and /\ this way pressing L2 or R2 will for ppsspp work as you press []+/\ at the same time
