PPSSPP Emulator, Graphics Card Suggestions?

Your Athlon II X4 is going to be a far far far bigger bottleneck to running Dolphin then almost any modern"ish" GPU will.

But in my emulation PC I use the GT 640 version (same as the rebranded 730) to run PCSX2, Dolphin and other emulators. I don't have any performance issues, but I have a i5 4690k for my CPU.

If you really want to run Dolphin at 4k with lots of graphical enhancements then you will want a stronger GPU. If you want to play it like it looked like on the GC/Wii then you don't need that much.

Most emulators require a really good CPU and a so so GPU. Most native PC games require a so so CPU and rely on a strong GPU.
