PPSSPP Emulator, Graphics Card Suggestions?

Thanks for all the advice from all of you, would GT 730 [1Gb /GDDR5] run the wii emulator without stutter, hoping to nail them both with one card. Just to add, dont mind spending about 200 pounds, 300 dollars, just wanted to make sure it fits in my motherboard, hoping for the best one for around that price which is compatible with the AMD Athlon II X4 640.

If you can afford it the GTX 1050 Ti is a solid low end choice. It still blows most hi end cards out of the water and costs less.

Would this be the card you recommended, and would this be better than what has been mentioned, around 140.00 pounds on amazon.
