I would tell you to check out the performance guide stickied above...... but it would not matter.

Midnight club la remix is one of the more demanding games to run. PC's don't always run it at full speed and PCs are much faster in PPSSPP then any android device (due to a better jit compilier and just generally stronger hardware period) and your android device is on the lower end of those as well.

Maybe this might change in the future but for now if you want to play midnight club la remix on a handheld device it will probably have to be a psp for a while.

Side note:
The psp had a 333MHz MIPS chip with 32/64MB of ram.... nothing like the kindle.
I think you ment the PSVita which runs a quadcore arm processor at 1.5GHz with 512MB of ram and 128MB pf vram.
