Umm, Hi! I'm anew member here and im asking that, why can't PPSSPP run in my Laptop? I've already read the rules but, mine just doesn't work at all. It says that I should Install DirectX 9 but I've already installed it countless times. http://forums.ppsspp.org/images/icons/sad.gif can you please help me?
