This game's problem as I understand switching UMD's was fixed recently, so just grab latest ppsspp from buildbot then just follow the instructions which game gives you, whenever it asks to change UMD, pause the game(ie esc/back button) and there should be a an option there called "Switch UMD" which you should use.

If following game instructions isn't enough, you can try following sum2012 guide, but I guess you should rather use your own savedata instead of using someone elses.
