I apologize. I do mean that the .ini file has not been created inside the /PSP/CHEATS folder even if I enabled cheats. I am pretty sure that I already gave the app permission to access my storage, and I also know that I am checking the right folder, since last August I've used this app and I was able to use cheats.

Can I download the .ini file from somewhere?
