Your issues
1. You are using a very very very old version of the emulator. (Easy to fix just get the newer versions right from the ppsspp website.
2. You are playing a ps1 game converted to psp format on an emultor that really does not officially support that (use a ps1 emulator)
3. You are illegally downloading your games and we can support that practice... if you want to know how to legally convert your own psp umd games to work in ppsspp we will be happy to help, but if you are going to download them you are on your own.
