Follow my steps

>Turn on hotspot on a device(any of them)
>Connect ur other device with the wifi
>Now open ppsspp on both the phones and enable built-in adhoc server in the device in which u have connected to wifi
>Now set Port offset to anything higher than 1250(mine is 12000) in both the phones
>then open tekken 6 on both the phones
>then go to battle lobby in which u have enabled built in adhoc
>After the network is initialized in the device(in which built in adhoc is on) go to battle lobby in the other device
>Now u can play, EnJoY
