wtf with the spamm?

i think i posted it somewhere on this forum already when i first did see that spam but i remember i was on i think some kind of emulation forum and i have seen captacha like

"name of famous Italian plumber"

but problem stats with now not every one knows about that well we live in different times

maybe something like "select images that contain water" or "solve this 5*7=?"

but in the end if someone want to spam here he will spam anyway

so only effective action would be for first post of new user needed to be approved by someone Like TkSilver stated

but in the end that does not answer my question which also is meaningless to answer cause whatever it wont change anything

so let me picture it 1 more time so every can see it as i do < just for fun

its like DUREX company pay like 10 ppl for go to kindergarten to advertise their product among kids there
for kids it would be funny or not even 2 fu##s would be given but i dont see kids buying it

and then DUREX wont get any income from that 10 ppls work so like why they keep doing it its like trowing $ in to trash just to do so

so either someone there is rich and dont give a s#!t or higher level of stupidity was achieved
