in your case, you just need to change the last digit of the "rare enemies in tautarus" code too!

so in order to bring back normal monsters into the game, you change the last digit to 0.

here's the code:

_C0 Normal Enemies in Tartarus
_L 0x200ad4e8 0x24020000

change the digit to 1 would make the enemies in tautarus turn into mini bosses.

_C0 Strong Enemies in Tartarus
_L 0x200ad4e8 0x24020001
