it is possible. converted myself 2nd g -> unite at times when unite came out.
then back unite -> 2nd g-> 3rd
not sure if it possible without psp. plugin called savegame deemer. ill find a tutorial later

I will play multiplayer MHU, MHP3rd, Patapon 3, Final Fantasy Type-0, any racing, maybe MGS peace walker.
