Now I have created a domain so aller you have to do you and jour friend is to install neorouter VPN mesh on your phone and you have to write this to connect to my domain :
Username : ppsspptest
Password : 123456789
Log on to : ppsspptest

Once you will be connected to the VPN,juste check if you and your friend are connected(it based on phone model and if the Android logo is green,that mean that you're connected)

*If after a couple of days it doesn't work,just wait I will recreate a new one
