However lately i have had some issues, when i open PPSSPP the controller works fine as I select a game. However when the game is running the controller no longer does anything. Does anyone know why this is?
Thank You

but 1st you can try to download clean ppsspp to desktop from download page
and test if same thing happens for that version
Try AntiMicro graphical program used to map keyboard keys and mouse controls to a gamepad/controller.
