playstation store games are not ISO's since an ISO is a disc image and that is not what you are using when you play a game downloaded from the store. The only games you can buy from the store you would "rip" and "ISO" from are PS1 games running on the psp and that is because the PS1 never had the ability to run software from anything but a disc.
