Built in to PPSSPP -- no

As a seprate app -- yes there are multiple choices to make your phone a wifi or bt controller for your linux kac or windows computer. Some examples are [Ultimate gamepad], [droidpad], [bt controller], and others.

Btw, accel to be honest for any game that requires percision or speed I would never use a touch screen or keyboard, I would only use a gamepad. For something where timing is not as tight or as many buttons are not needed at one time then I don't really have a preference.
