Another cwcheat request - Star Ocean Second Evolution

First of all, hello. o/

Can anyone make a cwcheat code for the US version of the game? Specifically MAX STAT GAIN per LVLUP for all characters. For example, Claude always gain 6 str, 4 con, 3 dex, 2 int, 1 stm and 1 guts per lvl up while Rena has 2 str, 2 con, 2 dex, 3 int, 0 stm and 0 guts per lvl up and so on.

I've searched google, but to no avail I found nothing but JP codes resulting to above which I tried to use. But then, of course, never worked in the US version.
If anyone has it, please kindly share, thank you.
