Whenever hitting a problem(in any game for any problem) try restoring default settings(use option in system settings to do that), then restart emulation and reload game from normal in-game save. Don't use savestates for that as they keep old issues.

As long as the savedata itself wasn't broken in some way, following the above procedure should clear game memory out of any corruption it might suffer from using cheats/game breaking settings and/or general instability since games aren't 100% stable on real hardware either and abusing savestates simulates playing for a very long time without restart which is asking for trouble.

If that doesn't help, checking if the log shows any errors could be helpful, posting savedata with steps to reproduce the problem is always nice as well.

Also we have a rule to keep 1 thread per game here, so don't be suprised when your thread get's merged with the existing one here once a moderator sees it.
To be fair, even if you knew that rule you could have a problem finding the thread since people usually use romanji for japanese games titles here and that by different people can unfortunately be spelled differently.
