"SD Card" means Android Version ryt?
-> Check your Android's Storage Setting and find "Default Write Disk", maybe it was set to Internal. If so, find the PSP folder in your internal storage. [or] -> Only those very very old version of PPSSPP had its PSP folder in the Root/Data folder which is not accessible through normal file browsers. If its older than PPSSPP v0.9, Update it. (Uninstall then Redownload the latest version).
