I tested this on Windows version using the latest GIT build (from the main site's download page). It loads fine and everything is good outside of some missing effects (some transformations are supposed to have a glowing aura but the aura comes out as black/untextured areas.

You also have to disable frameskipping to remove the flickering.

Also, the FPS counter tells me I'm running at 57-60fps constantly, but it seems much slower than that compared to when I'm running the game on my PSP, like the game was being emulated at halfspeed or something.
