Update.
I tried play this on newest PPSSPP Android version on my current phone (Galaxy Ace 2).
And game works fine.
But i do not play.
Basicly inothings happen when i try push X button in observation mode.
I tried patched English ISO.
Dont know how Japanese version work.
But i think it just the same.
Anyone planing update to fix this game?
I playing PPSSPP on this devices right now:

Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 (AOSP ROM Android 4.4.4,600 RAM, Other speed up mod,Toshiba 16GB Class 10)
PSP E-1004 with 16GB card

Android Modding is my passion.
