Hmm, what about 0x7F? That's still a lot less wasteful than 0xFF, though still wasteful...
Well, the problem with 0xFF is just that when you only go to one area, it may seem great, but it's using up a lot of space for jit. There'll be more spikes going forward. If we have to use that method of alignment, we'll definitely only want to do it for this processor - wouldn't want to penalize other people for this CPU's flaws. -[Unknown] |
