NEED HELP!! ps4 Controller with windows

my english is rly bad. Hope u can understand it
A solution in >>German<< would be perfect.

I never used a Ps3/4 Controller with my PC.
I checked some threads but i dont get it.

Could some 1 pls give me a Step by step to use the Controller on pc?
I mean rly all cause im a Beginner with ppsspp and connecting my Controller to pc.
How can i connect the Controller, how can i set up the Controller with ppsspp that all Buttons work like on PSP and so on.

Would be great if some1 can help me with this .

I rly wanna Play Monster Hunter Freedom Unite.
