Sorry but 20 FPS cheat for Kingdom Hearts BBS is very difficult or nearly impossible to achieve, the actual cheat is just an ON/OFF value related to the framerate cap, where 1 = FPS cap ON (30 FPS) and 0 = FPS cap OFF (60 FPS). This is not one of those FPS dividers cheats (for ex. value of 3 is not 20 FPS).
