You need to carry those objects in your inventory, not in your stockpile to be able to give them to the character that ask for those items.

So go into a computer, select Item -> Withdraw Inventory and select the object that are required so they move from your stockpile to your inventory.
Once they're in your inventory the character will accept those items.
